Robert Rexroad is the new pastor at the Grace Baptist Church, Rte. 6 and Ashley Rd. A graduate of Baptist Bible College, Springfield, Mo. Pastor Rexroad received a Theology Degree in December. While a student there he ministered to shut-ins at nursing homes and to residents in the county jail. Here in Morris he plans to continue his work at the nursing homes and the jail. Every Wednesday night at the church there is a Bible study and prayer meeting at 7 p.m. Sunday School is held at 9:45 a.m. each Sunday and there are two buses to pick up persons needing rides. Worship service begins at 11 a.m. and again on Sunday evening at 7 p.m. A new service is being made available to anyone interested from ages 13 through adult on Sunday at 6 p.m. for a correspondent course from 38 different subjects to choose from Baptist Bible College, which will be done in a class at the church, and will earn a total of eight college credit hours. Pastor Rexroad stated the church is an independent fundamental church and its primary goal is to win souls to Christ. He and his wife, Sharon, reside at 1520 Old Pine Bluff Rd. with their three teenage sons, Richard, Robert and Kenneth ROBERT REXROAD
