Village of G’aimsi in Limelight.The village of Gandsi is coming into the limelight again at the coming term of the circuit court. This iittle town appealed to the supreme court the question c- its being absorbed into the town of Seminary, and lias continued to use the powers granted municipalities, and an appeal case has been filed in the circuit court, the question being as to | whether the board's appeal to the j supreme court acts as a supersedeas so as to \est the municipality with power to enforce municipal ordinances.U**
