William B Keller, of Brooklyn, N. Y., against bar father, Dunham Lamb, 8r., of West Pittston, to recover her portion of the Lamb property, corner Main and Water streets, this city. The plaintiff In her bill of complaint says that her mother died in 1862, leaving her husband, the defendant, and her daughter, the oomplainant, to survive her. 8he avers that her father took possession of the estate of her mother aud has appropriated the inoome sinoe her death.
