An Old Settler Gone.Per Person Lof, of Fish Lake, died very suddenly last Saturday morning, at 3:30 o’clock at the advanced age of 68 years, 6 months and 8 days. The old gentleman has been totally blind for the last 13 years and has in consequence been confined to the house. Heretired apparently well in the evening,or as well as he has been for some and was waited upon at 3 o'morning • batAtlOhe was* * as. 'i.-j*'*by one of bis sons, but as he gave no an-* *swer, upon investigation it was that life had disappeared. Mr. Lof was one of the pioneer settlers of Kanabec county. He leaves a wife and two sons,John and Charles, both residents of this*county, to mourn his loss. The funeral takes place next Saturday at 3 o’clock from the Fish Lake Mission church, theremains will be intered in the Fish Lake cemetery.
