Walter Piasecki charged with larceny and receiving stolen pro perty- Harold R Mostoller charged with two counts of involuntary mans laughter Mostoller’s case is of consider able interest, inasmuch as_ the highway deaths of a_ brother, Bruce Mosteller, 36, RD 5, Som erset, and Harry Pritts, 63, RD 1 Somerset, are involved At an inquest Nov 1 conflicting testimony was given by witnesses regarding who was driving the death car at the time of its col lision With a truck State Policemen Norman Harvey and Willard S Uhl testified that hospital statements by Harold Mosteller and other passengers in the car named the defendant as the operator at the time of the accident Two of the four auto occupants who survived the crash reversed their original claim at an inquest conducted by Coroner Robert H. Halverson, and stated that the deceased, Bruce Mosteller, was at the wheel prior to the collision.
