WANT $500 LICENSEA Special Election Is Called forSept. 18th.OPPOSITION TO THE $200 FEEThe Present 5300 Fee Has Befell ia Force for the Fast Three Years, the Former License Fee Being£500.I _As will be seen by an official publication appearing in this issue a special election has been called for Sept. 18th, to determine what amount is to be paid for license in the town of Washburn. Three years ago the license fee was cut from $50(* to $200, as an effort of the saloon Keepers. Some of the temperance people are the instigators of the present movement.
