S. B. Mayfield of Fort Lupton has a son-in-law named A. B. Bell liv ing on an adjoining farm. For years the two parts of the family have been getting along like peas in a pod, loaning each other farm im plements. Suddenly, it is said, Mayfield decided that he had some rentals due on implements borrowed by Bell and he brought suit in just ice court to recover same, and also to recover pay for one of his cows found dead on Bell’s place. The case was appealed to the county court and was heard last Friday. A verdict was given in favor of the de fendant.
