The Hon. Caleu B. Smith will remove lo Cincinnati ubout the first ol September next, where he designs devoting himself to the practice of law, having formed n partnership with the eminent legal firm of Spencer Corwinc. The people of Indiana, and of the fourth district especially, will regret extremely to lose Mr. Smith as a citizen; but, go wnerc he will, he will carry with him the respect, confidence, and esteem of hosts of friends. Ohio and the Queen City may be proud to claim him as a citizen.—Nnociutk (Ud.) Courier.
