py the Asocicten NEW YORK, Aug. Cech diplomat who said he quit his job rather than serve Russia, arrived today to settle In the United States. Frank Datich, who was Czech Authority in Berlin, arrived with minister to the Allied Control Au thority in Berlin, arrived with his wife aboard the Army transport General Langfitt. They were among 826 displaced persons on the ship. Mr. Datich’s wife said they will go to Washington shortly for con ferences with the State Depart ment.
