Two-Story, Fireproof Structure of Larger Dimensions. Savannah, Ga, Aug. 3.—Positive announcement is made by Stubbs Keen that Hotel Tybee will be rebuilt on the old site in ample time for the Reason of 1910. Mr. F. B. Stubbs of Macon, partner of Mr. George L. Keen, owners of the hotel property that was destroyed by fire last Saturday morning, arrived in Ravanna. In the morning to confer about future plans. “Hotel Tybee will be rebuilt,” said Mr. Keen. “Since Mr. Stubbs and I stalled the situation over there is no onger any question on that score, ‘While architectural plans for the new hotel have, of course, not been drawn, we are prepared to announce that the new hotel will be one of the handsomest and at the same time one for the safest buildings in the country. ‘The material of which the hotel will be constructed will be concrete blocks. To further insure the safety of our guests the hotel will be only two sto ries high, but will cover more area the old building did.
