Fred W. McClure, who for the last four months been clerking1 for his uncle, J. C. McClure, returned to his home at Cairo, Nebraska Tuesday evening.Mrs. Mary .A. Brakeman. of York, came in the latter part of last week for a few days visit with the Allen and Putman families, returning home Wednesday morning.The W. C. T. U. will have an entertainment and social at the Baptist church on Friday evening Aug. 12th. A program will be rendered after which ice cream and cake will be served. Ten cents will be charged for the ice cream. Everybody come.
