' HUGH McKINNEY DEAD.■ -'The death of Hugh McKinney occurred at the home of his daiigh-! ter in Foresman on last Friday* The funeral service was held.; at the Methodist church in Foreaman on Sunday afternoon, the Rev. Crbwder officiating. The . burlfel was in the Coodland cemetery.Mr. McKinney Uved in this vicinity Tor many years -and was well and favorably known to many. The following obituary gives the history of his life.Hugh McKinney, son of John.andj Martha McKinney, was born in County Antrim, Ireland, July 18,! 1856, departing from this life, April 21st, 1922 at his daughters in Foresman, * Indiana, aged 65 years, 9 months and 3« days.At the age of 19 years be . came to this country ancl resided at Goodland. Four years later' he was united in marriage to Mary A Black of Peru, Indiana. To * this union five children were born two which died in infancy. Thomas A. and Mary A, His wife preceded him in 1889 leaving two sons, and an infant daughter to care for. A few years later he moved to a farm near Rensselaer, Indiana, and 'there residing until about sixteen years ago he quit farming and mode his home among his children until about two years ago when he came to Foresman and made his home wichi his'daughter until his death.He had been in good health until two weeks ago he contracted a cold which later developed into pneumonia which caused his death.He leaves to mourn his loss, two j sons and one daughter, Robert L. of Watseka, Win. J, of Rensselaer ancl Mrs. John McKinney of Fores-mail, also five brothers, one in Ireland, one jn Oklahoma and throe in this vicinity, five grandchildren and a host of friends jf* was a member of the Church of England,
