A demurrer had been tiled by Attorney R. S. Lud-inpton representing some property holders who were outside the districtand who wished to be Include*!. This demurrer was overrule*! by the judpe. j An election will now hr* called anda vote taken on the issuance ofOO0 worth of bonds. The proceeds of which will be used to extend the pres- jent irrigation system fo that sufficient supply may be obrnfned for about 1.000 acres of land within the boun-daries of the district. Contracts havt already been let for some of this work which will he prosecut*‘«l as rapidly as possible.
