ZORGER DEA32* *Passed Away at His Hornu in Whitley Comity Tuesday Morning.John C. -org.i, x.annex' of Vf hllley county farmer, passed away at his home near Collins Tuesday morning, April 3, 1923 after several months illness. Death was caused by heart trouble.John C. Zorger was born in Smith township. Whitley county 68 years ago to Michael and Catherine Zorger. He spent his early life on a farm and in January, 1883, he married Eliza Goodyear who survives. Beside the wife he is survived by the following children: Valto Zorger of Fort Wayne, Northa Zorger of Huntington, Catherine Gassf: of Aboite township, Allen county; Eva Smith of Jefferson township, Whitley county; Dewey Zorger of Aboite township, Allen county: Ada Farrel of Union township, Whitley county; Ruth Kivc-Jv of Smith township, Whitley county; and Violet Zorger at home.He is also survived by two sisters: ‘ Mary Dinius of Roanoke and Ieia Me-. Math of Upland, Indiana. \With the exception of a short time • spent in Allen county the deceased liv- \ j ed in Whitley county his entire life. I Funeral services wer held at two o’clock on Thursday afternoon at the Saturn church north of town. The Rev. j Wesley Pugh conducted the services. : Interment was made at the Roanoke I. O. O. F. cemetery.
