A. Garriga, will be one of ilie speakers, and Miss Elena Landazuri, who is a member of the Rockefeller Fundatiwi research department now doing research work at Our Lady of Hie Lake college, also will talk on Catholic welfare work in San Antonio,Mrs. Joseph S levers, president of the council, will give the address of welcome and Mrs. William Stevens will be. mistress of ceremonies, while Mrs. J. J, Shields is chairman of the luncheon.
