International League Branch Elects OfficersMrs. W. Calhoun Stirling was elected president of the District Branch of the Women's International League at its annual meeting yesterday at the Friends Meeting House.11 Dr. Chester Williams, guest speaker, discussed Cultural Diver-n sity and National Unity during the [, program hour which followed the s business session.Mrs. Stirling will succeed Mrs. “ Harold N.
