Orono Fair Entertainment Promises Busy Show
Saturday at the Orono Fair grounds the Durham Agricultural Society hosts a full program of live stock and poultry judging, farm produce, and domestic manufacture. Entertainment includes horse races, carriage trials, a merry go round, professional acts, and an amateur show with various classes. Entries for the amateur acts due by Friday night with piano provided. The Orono Band will parade to the grounds for a 90 minute program.

Obituary for Blodgett Prominent Local Farmer and Esteemed Citizen
The funeral for Blodgett notes he lived on his maternal grandfather Samuel Merrill's farm where Merrill's church and cemetery stand. Rev.
