M Starr Opens Port Hope Vocational Wing
Labour Minister M Starr officially opened a million dollar Port Hope High School vocational wing. He cited industry changes and 70 percent of the workforce as skilled or white collar, with 30 percent unskilled. The project is part of Canada’s largest vocational building program and costs about 450 million dollars.
