Orono community notes record tag day gain and local events
The Navy League Tag Day in Orono raised 22 dollars. A softball game at Orono Memorial Park saw Orono beat Newcastle 26 to 6. Intercession service at Park Street United Church occurred. Local residents and visitors are noted, including birthday plans for Mr. Hughson and a wedding for Mabel Clemens and Ray Goode.
