Orono Plan Hopeful for Two Subdivisions North and West
Orono Village hears plans for two subdivisions from Clarke Planning Board secretary A Low. One by J Ochonski includes fourteen lots west of Main Street near Millson Hill Drive, with access via a short east west road. A second plan north of the cemetery proposes ninety one lots from the cemetery area to County road, though fourteen were dropped due to low land. development could take five to six years with water sewer and street work at developer expense.
