Durham Durham Riding Boundaries Change Explained
Ontario redistribution commissions propose increasing Legislature seats from 108 to 117 and redraw boundaries affecting Durham. Rowe to Kawartha. The shift reflects urban rural population balance and historic two Ridings of Durham.
