Clarke bylaw objections prompt further study by officials
A letter reply to Clarke ratepayers delayed by a mail strike was received by Co-chairman G. W. Butt of Clarke's Citizen Committee and Ratepayers Association regarding the Petition of Objection to by-law No. 1592. The Hon. Mr. Welch referred the matter to Mr. McKeough for study.
