Georgetown man Arthur John McGuigan 22 died from injuries from a head-on collision on No 1 highway north of Barrie. John Pickles of Norval, driver of the other car, was seriously injured and hospitalized in Orillia. Both cars wrecked. both drivers were engaged to be married. Funeral held at Knox Presbyterian Church.
