Mrs Norman Marchment Maple Avenue becomes commissioner for the Girls Guide troops in Georgetown and surrounding communities. Two Islington Residents Injured In Ninth Line Crash
Two Islington residents were taken to Peel Memorial Hospital after a two car collision at the intersection of 9th Line and No 5 side road on Sunday around 3 30 p m. The crash caused $1800 damage to both vehicles. A 1952 Ford coach struck a 1954 Ford driven by Johannes Bevaart of Brampton, flipping the Bevaart car onto its roof. The injured, Mrs Vincent Kanary and Mrs Ray Power, were passengers in the 1952 Ford.
