Focal opposes council approvals citing capacity limits and seeks to reserve treatment capacity for its project.
A hearing on the Georgetown library issue will be held by the Ontario Municipal Board on January 25 at the municipal offices on Trafalgar Road. The library board seeks to build a new facility at Cedarvale Park, while the Save Our Parks committee argues for preservation and affordability.
