Roads Closed for Maintenance in Halton Hills
Canadian National Railways announces temporary closures of two roadway level crossings in Halton Hills for maintenance. 7 Sideroad will close from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Oct 13 and 14 for ties and planks replacement, reopening overnight. One Killed Two Injured In Head-On Crash
A three car collision Thanksgiving Day near Highway 7 east of Halton Road 3 in Toronto left Roeland Adama 64 dead and Betty Adama and Larry Breadner 22 in critical condition. The crash occurred when Breadner's pickup crossed into oncoming traffic striking Adama's car. a third vehicle driven by Robert Hesselink struck Breadner from behind. Hesselink was uninjured. Breadner formerly lived in Georgetown.
