One hundred twelve Jersey cows qualified under their Record of Performance in September split as seventy in the 365 day division and forty two in the 306 day division. Cluny Castle Miss Standard tops the mature 305 day class with 15133 pounds of milk and 805 pounds fat at 3.52 percent test. The same cow leads the mature 365 day class with 16783 pounds milk and 902 pounds fat at 5.37 percent, earning Medal of Merit and Gold Medal certificates from the Canadian Jersey Cattle Club.

Mimico opened with a second quarter touchdown, Georgetown threats thwarted by strong defense led by Bob Early and Henry Lorriman.
