Albert Edgar Farnell, aged 66, longtime Georgetown grocer and china shop owner on Main Street, died after several months illness in Toronto General Hospital. He and his son ran the business, built a local reputation for quality groceries, and he previously worked in Ballinafad and Merriam's General Store. He was a member of Georgetown Church and survived by sister Mrs. W. A. Gardner of Belton. Funeral held at McClure Funeral Home with interment at Greenwood Cemetery.
