Herald War Victims Fund Surpasses 2277 Dollars To Date
The Herald War Victims Fund has reached 2277.54 dollars with ongoing support from the E Telegram Fund auxiliary. A Telegram photographer photographed the district and an article is planned. The McNabb Street Neighbourhood Club contributed additional funds including 100 dollars after a 13.50 donation this week. Members pictured include Mrs Eason Kean Martin Greensword Semple Weston Feller and others. A cushion won in a lucky draw donated by Pres B J Tennant and W E Tennant aided B W V Fund with 37.15 dollars raised.

The event featured four auctioneers, listed volunteers, and a diverse sale including produce, baked goods, clothing, furniture, and poultry.
