Guelph Area W I Convention Marks Two Day Gathering
The Guelph area Women's Institute convention gathered representatives from Bruce Halton Huron Perth Wellington and Norfolk regions for two days of demonstrations talks and community projects. Limehouse Women s Institute met at Mrs Smethurst s home with seventeen members present. Members contributed to several charities and received a tribute from the Davis family of Toronto for a memorial piece. A wedding shower for Dorothy Shelbourne and Wilfred Brown was held at Limehouse hall with gifts and dancing followed by refreshments.

Bible for Angola fund aims to print full Bible
Missionaries in Angola have translated portions into Umbundu and seek funds to print the entire Bible for Angola. The Hamilton Conference Branch of the Woman's Missionary Society plans a five thousand dollar donation drive to support the Bible Society in this project.
