Deputy minister RK M Smith outlines a large year long highway rebuilding program with Lakeshore Highway from Long Branch to Port Credit widened from 18 to 40 feet and a new bridge at Etobicoke awaiting opening. Culverts widened and shoulders extended Port Credit to Burlington with resurfacing planned next year.
