Mr. Webster a longtime auto distributor and president of Webster Motors Limited died at his Amherstburg residence at age 50. He headed community groups including Windsor Rotary, Masons, Sportsmen, and Essex Golf Club and was a Presbyterian. Survived by wife Helena Labadie and three children Danny Donald Madelyn, parents H G Webster, two sisters Victoria and Jean.

Chester Burt Home Destroyed by Sunday Fire
The Maples, Chester Burt and family’s farm home at 6th Line Erin No 17 Aide Road Crossing, burned completely on Sunday. Neighbors and Burt family were at home as flames from a chimney sparked the blaze. hydro service was off, hindering efforts to save the building. Rev. John Wesley Kitching aged 82 died at his home 29 Palaley Street Hamilton on Friday May 2. He is survived by his wife Mary Sib Je y and son Dr John Kitching of Hamilton.
