On Monday the 2nd Deffree was conferred at the lodge on Bros. R. Borg and W. Cumpsey. Thursday evening March 9 Orion Lodge will travel to Guelph to confer the 3rd degree on five local candidates. Bro. Gordo Mickus is in Sunnybrook Hospital Toronto for treatment. A number attended a banquet and witnessed the Ancient 3rd Degree at Guelph last Saturday. Later this month Grand Master of Ontario Chaplain Areg Thrush will visit to address district members. the Rebekahs will cater a banquet that night.
