The couple left for a honeymoon and will reside at Ashgrove Ont.

John F. Ellis aged 82, president of Barber Ellis Limited, died at his home after a brief illness. Born November 8, 1845 in Mount Pleasant, Ontario, he co founded the envelope and papers firm in 1876 and led it as managing director until 1917 then as president. Survived by wife, three sons in Toronto and Brantford, and two brothers in Vancouver and New York.
