Walter Bicin was in London last Friday visiting friend Alex Sweeton ill at Victoria Hospital. Miss Mandya Belt of Western University London home for weekend with parents. Mr. and Mrs. A Wallitts and Mrs Arnold Meknery attended the Carkey convention at the Regis Connaught Hotel in Hamilton. Mr. and Mrs. Harold Grieve of Brantford visited his sister and husband on Durham Street. Mr. and Mrs. Dick Riddall returned from a month in Florida. They traveled via Washington and saw landmarks including Gettysburg and Eisenhower farm, the White House and the Mint. In Florida they visited Harold Pippard in Orlando and also Miami West Palm Beach and St Petersburg. On the return trip they stayed a few days in Detroit with cousins Jack and Mrs. Brown.
