Police Magistrate Moore of Acton handled 352 cases in 1925 with total fines of 7604.60 across offences under Ontario Temperance Act Highway Traffic Act Inland Revenue Act and others. Magistrate Crwnfld of Brampton logged 343 cases with 383 convictions and fines totaling 4860 paid to Provincial Treasurer license inspector municipalities.
St Pauls Anglican Church Norval reports a balance from last year and lists officers elected at the annual vestry meeting including Rector's warden Harold Pettigrew and people's warden L F Greenwood. The Sunday school has 39 pupils and five teachers. The Women's Auxiliary with 20 members held events and sent a substantial cheque to the rectory fund. He notes construction costs are higher, wages must rise, and prewar gains in service must be extended to new subscribers to fulfill public obligations.

Fergus News-Herald reports trapper Campbell Richanson has started a muskrat rearing project near Fergus. He floods swampy land with live rats, encouraging natural colonies by placing entering boxes and partial covers to invite muskrats to settle and multiply.

The law requires permits but machinery is not yet provided and issuing motor licenses will proceed first.
