Retired J F Chisholm Dies In Town Home
J F Chisholm, a longtime grocer born in Bilton and retired four years ago, died last Friday at his cousin's home in town. Funeral held Monday at McClure Funeral Home with interment in For Norman. He worked in Toronto and at stores in Nanton and Hamilton before moving east in 1925. He was 69 and the last surviving sibling of his family, with two nieces and three nephews in the west.

Daughter of Norval minister weds Norval minister’s daughter
Sylvia Marguerite Boyd daughter of Rev. Robert S. Boyd rector of the Church of the Epiphany Toronto married Douglas M. McConney last month. The bride’s father solemnized the marriage and a photograph of Mr. Boyd with the newlyweds appeared in the Toronto Daily Star.
