In Fiquesing on Friday December 6 1915 to Mr and Mrs J W McBride nee Marjorie Hunter a daughter is born. Murray infant son of Mr and Mrs J O Murray is aged D months.
Nathan Long died after months of poor health, confined in the last ten days. He worked 15 years with the LTDB Railways and about 18 years with Alliance Paper Mills before retiring to live with his daughter in Collingwood. He left a wife, one daughter, and two sons, John and Win IL Long. Funeral arrangements were set for Greenwood Cemetery with services led by Rev. Overend. He held affiliations with Manitou Rebease Lodge and several local groups.
