Christmas Seal Campaign Opens in Halton to Aid TB Efforts
The Halton County Tuberculosis and Health Association launched its 1967 Christmas Seal Campaign in Milton with about 32 000 mailings on November 14. 106 Thomas A. Blakelock High School students coordinated the envelope fill under Principal Hush Brearley. A $1000 World Health Organization grant was announced for TB injections for children in developing countries, to be used at Dr Mahlar’s discretion. The meeting stressed TB remains widespread and active case detection is ongoing in Canada and worldwide.

Esquesing Reeve Race Goes to Veteran Currie by 23
