Cheltenham Native Mira Henry Dead at Creemore
Mira Elizabeth Henry, widow of William Henry and Cheltenham native, died at her daughter D C Carruthers home in Creemore after several months illness. She was 88, born Elizabeth Lyons, mother of four daughters and one brother, with a Presbyterian background later attending United Church. Funeral was held April 8 at her daughter’s residence with Rev. John Hurst and Rev. C C Cochrane officiating. interment in Cheltenham cemetery.
