Mrs George Faulkner Buried in Greenwood Cemetery
Mary Alberta Graham widow of George Faulkner died April 15 at Peel Memorial Hospital Brampton in her 77th year. She was born on Lot 27 4th Line Chinguacousy moved at marriage 45 years ago to Lot 17 Town Line. A devout Presbyterian she helped marry Claude Presbyterian Churchs first couple under Rev Farquason. Interment followed at Greenwood Cemetery. Surviving are brother George Graham sister Sarah Graham and daughter Mrs Georgina Burton.

About sixty attendees gathered for the Norval and Union YPS banquet in the Norval Presbyterian Church S38 room on April 7. Miss Violet Dick led as president with toasts to the King YPS and Church. Rev Norman McMillan of Caledonia spoke on Poetry and War and shared humorous experiences. Officers for 1941-42 were presented and adopted. greetings came from Anglican and United Churches, with musical numbers by Elizabeth Reed and others.
