William Ostrander of Georgetown died a week earlier. Noah Ostrander II of Brampton died on Wednesday April 13 in Brampton at age 73 after retiring from the Ostrander homestead at Huttonville. He is survived by his wife Sara Thompson. Funeral held Saturday with interment in Brampton Cemetery.

Esquesing Pioneer John L Leslie Dies at 86
John Lyon Leslie, long-time Esquesing Township farmer, died at Guelph General Hospital on April 13 after a fall that caused a broken hip. Born in Esquesing in 1860, he moved to Georgetown in 1918, married Mary Thornton in 1888, and left five children and one sister. Funeral held at McClure Funeral Home with interment in Greenwood.
