Thaddens Butler of Chicago, jbishop-elect of Concordia, Kan., who Idied at Rome on Thursday, were held [in St. John’s Catholic church today. Archbishop Ireland preached the sermon. Bishop Butler presided over St. John’s for 39 years and more than 3,000 persons crowded the edifice to pay respect to his memory.
