Numurkah Society to donate sheep trials profits to Memorial Hospital
At the final executive meeting of the Numurkah Agricultural Society the profits from upcoming sheep-dog trials were set to go to the Memorial Hospital. The meeting approved Ladies Committee nominations, a £11 donation from the Victorian Woolbrokers, and plans for trials with profits benefiting the hospital. The ground works at the racecourse enclosure were approved, with ramps added and timber secured for enhanced exhibits. A club to run trials was authorized and funding adjustments discussed.
