Dissenters Meeting on Education Act in Birmingham

The Central Nonconformist Committee met at Carr's Lane Chapel Birmingham with Mr J Chamberlain presiding. Revs R W Dale H W Crosskey and others outlined aims to contest local rate powers favouring denominational teaching and the conscience clause.
