Richmond Cemetery scheme expands Nonconformist plots
The Richmond Burial Board approves changes to enlarge the cemetery. The dwarf wall will be moved forty feet west, half the Nonconformist plot will be absorbed into the consecrated area, trees planted between the sections, and the remainder laid out as recreation ground. A triangular parcel will become a new Nonconformist burial ground as approved by the vicar.
