Benville Court Collieries and Kilgetty Ironworks Buyout Proposal
The notice outlines the formation of Bonville’s Court Collieries Company to acquire and develop coal and mineral properties at Saundersfoot and Kilgetty in South Wales. It details ore and coal reserves, railways and harbour ownership, and plans to expand pig iron production to 30,000 tons annually with a 210,000 pound purchase price and 25,000 pound deferred payment. Secretary Joann Roberts advertises share applications and confirms a 1873 deadline.
