Murderer Phillips Arrested Near Quesnel in 1908 Case
The Washington murderer known as Phillips, arrested seven miles below Quesnel by Constable Anderson on Thursday, will go to Victoria for transfer to U S authorities. He shows a scarred, nerveful build and used a dummy hand with baling wire. The July 1908 murder prompted a roaming life earning dollars bronco busting. Phillips was well armed with ammunition.
