Anton Gooderow Bound Over For Peace After Liquor Case

Anton Gooderow appeared before Magistrate Crease and was bound over to keep the peace for 12 months. In a separate Saturday case he was fined $50 for selling liquor without a license. Mrs. McGregor of Crawford Bay testified for the plaintiff and reported Gooderow threatened her as she left the courthouse saying I will fix you which frightened her and she believed he intended to kill her.
