King's Theatre presents His Present I Evening, a new Grand Serious Opera. The Italian Opera runs with a dramatic program and features a notable production in a historic venue.
Ayr January 26 1793 a public meeting of nine Incorporated Trades and Burgesses declared support for the British Constitution of 1688 and urged constitutional reform in Burgh government. They praised industry and peace, condemned riots, and thanked Sheridian Dundas Fox Mitkine and others for aiding their cause.
